Honeywell-Backed Quantum Computing Firm Quantinuum Seeks $1.46 Billion in Upsized IPO
Honeywell-backed quantum computing company Quantinuum increased the size and price range of its initial public offering to as much as $1.46 billion, according to an SEC filing. The company plans to sell 26.5 million shares for $53 to $55 each, up from 21 million shares at $45 to $50 previously, implying a valuation of as much as $14.3 billion.
That compares with a prior target of as much as $1.05 billion. Quantinuum is expected to price the offering Wednesday after the market close and begin trading Thursday on Nasdaq under the symbol QNT.
