TSMC plans to raise its 3nm prices by as much as 15% in the second half of 2026, according to media reports citing unnamed supply-chain sources, amid surging demand for AI accelerators.
Further increases may follow in 2027, with one report putting the additional hike at 5% to 10% and another saying a 10% increase is possible next year. One report also said C.C. Wei is expected to clarify the issue at a shareholders' meeting.
