US Spot Bitcoin ETFs Log $125 Million Outflow for 10th Straight Day; Ethereum ETFs Extend Outflow Streak to 14
U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds posted net outflows of $125 million on May 29, marking a 10th straight day of withdrawals, according to SoSoValue data. U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs lost $17.91 million, extending their outflow streak to 14 days, while XRP and SOL spot ETFs drew $11.88 million and $1.3 million, respectively.
The latest data capped a third consecutive week of net outflows for U.S. Bitcoin ETFs, taking withdrawals since May 11 to more than $3.5 billion. BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust, or IBIT, has been in the red every day for the past two weeks, underscoring the persistence of the recent redemption cycle.
