Groq, the AI chipmaker, is seeking about $650 million from existing investors, according to Axios.
The fundraising effort follows Groq’s earlier $20 billion licensing deal with Nvidia, which Axios said was followed by the departure of much of the company’s senior team. The new round would add fresh capital as Groq moves ahead after that upheaval.
