Snowflake Raises Full-Year Product Revenue Guidance to $5.84 Billion, Commits $6 Billion to AWS
Snowflake reported first-quarter revenue of $1.39 billion, up 33% from a year earlier and above estimates of $1.32 billion, while product revenue rose 34% to $1.33 billion. The company raised its full-year product revenue guidance to $5.84 billion from $5.66 billion and said it will make a $6 billion multi-year infrastructure commitment to Amazon Web Services, its largest to date, under an expanded collaboration to accelerate enterprise agentic AI adoption.
Snowflake also said it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Natoma, an enterprise Model Context Protocol platform for AI agents, to add a governance and identity layer for how AI systems access enterprise applications, databases, APIs and tools. The company reported a 126% net revenue retention rate and 779 customers with more than $1 million in trailing 12-month product revenue, and the shares rose more than 25% in extended trading.
