Salesforce Beats Q1 Estimates, Announces $25 Billion Accelerated Share Repurchase as Q2 Revenue Outlook Misses Estimates
Salesforce reported fiscal first-quarter revenue of $11.13 billion, up 13% from a year earlier, and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $3.88, beating estimates. The company said Agentforce annual recurring revenue crossed $1 billion, combined AI and data annual recurring revenue reached $3.4 billion, and it announced a $25 billion accelerated share repurchase.
Guidance tempered the results. Salesforce forecast second-quarter revenue of $11.27 billion to $11.35 billion, below the $11.36 billion analyst estimate, and full-year revenue of $45.9 billion to $46.2 billion, versus about $46.11 billion expected. Current remaining performance obligation was $33.6 billion, while operating cash flow totaled $6.7 billion.
