Take-Two Confirms Grand Theft Auto VI Nov. 19 Launch, Sees FY27 Revenue at $7.9 Billion-$8.1 Billion
Take-Two Interactive confirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI will be released on Nov. 19, 2026, a launch the company said should help drive record operating performance in fiscal 2027. The game is expected to be one of the biggest video-game titles ever.
For its fiscal fourth quarter, Take-Two reported GAAP revenue of $1.68 billion, up from $1.58 billion a year earlier, while total net bookings were $1.58 billion, flat from the prior-year period. GAAP net loss was $59.5 million, or 32 cents a share, versus $3.73 billion, or $21.08 a share, a year earlier. The company projected fiscal 2027 revenue at $7.90 billion to $8.10 billion and said the GTA VI launch, together with the rest of its portfolio, should support new highs in operating performance.
