Zoom Forecasts FY2027 Revenue Above Estimates After Q1 Sales Rise to $1.24 Billion

Zoom Communications forecast FY2027 revenue of $5.08 billion to $5.09 billion, above estimates of $5.07 billion, after first-quarter revenue rose 5.5% to $1.239 billion, topping expectations. Adjusted earnings were $1.55 a share versus estimates of $1.42, while enterprise revenue increased 7.2% to $755.7 million.

The company pointed to adoption of its broader office and AI products, with AI Companion paid users up 184% from a year earlier and My Notes reaching 1.5 million licensed users within four months of launch. Zoom also added $1 billion to its stock-repurchase authorization, on top of $625 million remaining as of April 30, and the shares rose more than 8% in after-hours trading.
