Nanya Technology has begun generating revenue from custom high-bandwidth memory products and expects that contribution to rise in 2027, according to a media report citing President Pei-Ing Lee. The company is working with multiple customers on products with bandwidth above JEDEC standards and expects the DRAM shortage to persist through the end of 2027, the report said.

Nanya's current capacity is fully sold out, with customers still seeking two- to three-year long-term agreements.
