RoboStrategy Launches Nasdaq BOT Fund for Private Robotics Exposure, Names Rewkang CEO
RoboStrategy introduced a Nasdaq-listed vehicle under the ticker BOT and named Rewkang chief executive officer. The company said the closed-end management investment company is designed to give public-market investors concentrated exposure to robotics and physical AI companies across private, pre-IPO and public markets.
Rewkang said RoboStrategy was founded in 2025 and taken public a year later after building a portfolio and beginning to lead financing rounds in the sector. Launch materials cited Figure AI, Apptronik, Dyna Robotics, Standard Bots and Dexmate among the companies in its portfolio focus.
