On-Demand Manufacturing Startup SendCutSend Raises $110 Million at $1 Billion Valuation
On-demand manufacturing startup SendCutSend has raised $110 million in a round that values the company at about $1 billion. The financing was co-led by Sequoia, Paradigm and Stripe co-founders Patrick and John Collison, with Andrew Reed also among the investors.
The company provides 24-hour-turnaround manufacturing services used by robotics, defense, space and automotive companies. Founder Jim Belosic has described the ambition as building "the Amazon of manufacturing."
