Modal Raises $355 Million Series C at $4.65 Billion, Up From $1.1 Billion
Modal Labs, which offers a serverless cloud platform for building AI applications and running AI inference, raised $355 million in a Series C round that valued the company at $4.65 billion. The financing was led by General Catalyst and Redpoint.
The valuation is up from $1.1 billion in 2025. Modal said it grew rapidly over the past year and remains focused on building tools and workflows for data and AI teams.
