Vodafone Revenue Growth Beats Estimates as Germany Returns to Top-Line Growth

Vodafone said fourth-quarter organic service revenue rose 5.1%, beating the 4.94% analyst estimate, as it returned to top-line growth in Germany and was supported by strong performances across Africa and Türkiye during the fiscal year. Full-year European revenue was €40.5 billion, while adjusted EBITDAaL for Europe was €11.35 billion, compared with an €11.48 billion estimate.

For fiscal 2027, Vodafone projected European adjusted EBITDAaL of €11.9 billion to €12.2 billion and adjusted free cash flow of €2.6 billion to €2.9 billion. It also forecast about €0.7 billion of restructuring and integration expenses, including €0.4 billion tied to VodafoneThree integration costs.
