A Ukrainian drone strike in Russia's Perm region halted operations at a Lukoil-operated refinery after fires and equipment damage, with primary processing units shut and repairs expected to take weeks. The development follows earlier reports of a fire at the Nurlino oil pumping station in Bashkortostan near Ufa. Nurlino is a key Transneft-Ural node for receiving, storing and pumping oil from the Urals to Russian refineries and export terminals, though accounts of that blaze differed between claims of a drone strike and an official explanation citing a technological-process violation.
