SpaceX Could Disclose IPO Prospectus Next Week Before June 8 Roadshow
SpaceX could publicly disclose its IPO prospectus as soon as next week, according to CNBC, after confidentially filing in April. CNBC said the company's roadshow is expected to begin June 8, setting up a rapid move toward a public debut.
The IPO has been reported at about $70 billion to $75 billion. At that size, the deal would exceed Saudi Aramco's $25.6 billion 2019 listing and stand as the largest IPO on record.
