Nebius Beats Estimates, Stock Tops $200 After Raising Power Guidance
Nebius reported first-quarter revenue of $399 million, beating expectations of about $389 million, and GAAP EPS of $2.11 a share versus estimates for a 78-cent loss. Adjusted EBITDA was $129.5 million, and the stock was up 12% in premarket trading at about $201.
The company said ARR grew 674% from a year earlier and updated full-year guidance to ARR of $7 billion to $9 billion and revenue of $3.0 billion to $3.4 billion. Nebius also said it secured up to 1.2 GW of power and land for a new owned AI factory in Pennsylvania, raised contracted power guidance to more than 4 GW by year-end, said it is on track for an adjusted EBITDA margin of about 40% in 2026, and is progressing potential debt transactions.
