Arm Jumps 21% After Revenue Beat and First-Quarter Forecast Near Consensus

Arm Holdings reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $1.49 billion, up 20% from a year earlier and above estimates of $1.47 billion. Earnings per share were $0.60 versus $0.58 expected, while net income was $641 million compared with estimates of $626 million. The company said the quarter produced its highest revenue on record. License and other revenue rose 29% to $819 million, royalty revenue increased 11% to $671 million, and fiscal 2026 revenue climbed 23% to $4.92 billion.
