OpenAI has raised more than $4 billion for The Deployment Company, a new joint venture focused on helping businesses adopt its artificial-intelligence software, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The venture was funded at a $10 billion pre-money valuation. OpenAI has also finalized the joint venture with private-equity firms to assist businesses in implementing its AI software.
