Federal Reserve official Susan Collins said she agreed with colleagues who dissented at last week's monetary policy meeting over wording that suggested the central bank would eventually resume rate cuts.
Collins also said she was strongly supportive of the decision to hold rates, while adding that an alternative scenario could make the Fed consider a hike.
