Trump Administration Builds 14-Country Supply Bloc to Ease Memory Chip Shortage

Nikkei said 14 countries are already part of the bloc, with Norway set to join, and that U.S. officials plan talks in the Philippines this month as Washington pushes memory capacity higher. The effort comes as AI demand keeps tightening global memory supply.
