Bret Taylor’s Sierra, which sells AI customer-service agents, has raised $950 million in a Series E financing led by Tiger Global and Google’s GV, with Benchmark, Sequoia and Greenoaks also participating. The round values the company at $15.8 billion on a post-money basis, up from $10 billion in 2025.

Taylor said Sierra now has more than $1 billion to invest, serves more than 40% of the Fortune 50 and that agents built on its platform are powering billions of customer interactions. The company said those uses include home refinancing, insurance claims, order returns and fundraising.
