Strategy Reports $5.1 Billion Bitcoin Gain as Holdings Rise to 818,000
Ahead of its Q1 2026 earnings call, Strategy Inc. said its year-to-date Bitcoin gain reached 63,410 BTC, or about $5.1 billion, as its holdings rose from 555,000 to about 818,000 BTC. The company said it now holds 3.9% of the Bitcoin network.
The disclosure follows Strategy's statement a day earlier that it made no Bitcoin purchases last week, ending a recent buying streak. At that time, the company said its holdings were unchanged at 818,334 BTC after it sold 492,210 shares to raise $82 million, leaving $26.4 billion of capacity under its stock program.
