Cerebras Systems began marketing a US initial public offering Monday, offering 28 million shares at $115 to $125 each. At the midpoint, the AI chipmaker would raise about $3.24 billion and be valued at roughly $25.5 billion; at the top of the range, the valuation would reach about $26.6 billion.

The company said 2025 revenue rose 76% to $510 million from $290 million a year earlier and that it posted its first GAAP profit, with net income of $237.8 million. Cerebras has also cited a multi-year OpenAI agreement valued at more than $20 billion for 750 megawatts of compute, and said Amazon.com's AWS signed a binding term sheet to become its first hyperscaler customer.
