Atlassian Shares Jump After Revenue Beat and Higher Outlook
Atlassian reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $1.79 billion, up 32% from a year earlier and above estimates of about $1.69 billion, helped by 29% growth in cloud revenue to $1.13 billion. Data center revenue rose 44% to $561 million, and the shares gained more than 17% in after-hours trading.
The software company raised its annual revenue forecast, guiding for fiscal 2026 total revenue growth of 24% while forecasting fourth-quarter revenue of $1.65 billion to $1.66 billion. Atlassian posted a net loss of $98.4 million, or $0.38 a share, compared with a loss of $70.8 million, or $0.27, a year earlier, with the quarter including $223.1 million of restructuring charges and related tax effects.
