On-chain activity indicated that Tether minted another $1 billion of its USDT stablecoin on the Tron blockchain.

The issuance followed a separate $1 billion USDT mint about seven hours earlier. Over the past week, Tether and Circle have minted a combined $4.75 billion of stablecoins, according to the cited on-chain data.
