David Silver’s Ineffable Intelligence Raises $1.1 Billion Seed Round
Former Google DeepMind researcher David Silver has raised $1.1 billion for artificial intelligence startup Ineffable Intelligence in a seed round that values the company at $5.1 billion.
The company is developing AI “superlearners” focused on reinforcement learning, with systems designed to learn through trial and error rather than relying mainly on human data. Silver said in a statement that its mission is “to make first contact with superintelligence.”
