Cognition AI Seeks Funding at $25 Billion Valuation
Cognition AI is in early talks to raise hundreds of millions of dollars from existing investors at around a $25 billion valuation, according to sources. The proposed financing would more than double the AI coding firm's valuation.
The talks come as demand increases for companies that know how to apply artificial intelligence to software development. A $25 billion valuation would be up from the $10.2 billion level announced in September 2025.
