Tencent, Alibaba Discuss DeepSeek Investment at More Than $20 Billion Valuation
Tencent and Alibaba are in discussions to invest in DeepSeek in a funding round that would value the AI startup at more than $20 billion, according to The Information.
The reported valuation is sharply higher than DeepSeek’s initial talks last week, when it was seeking to raise at least $300 million at a valuation above $10 billion.
