Ohio Rep. Max Miller Faces Ethics Probe Request After Ex-Senator’s Daughter Files Restraining Order
Emily Moreno, daughter of Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno, filed a restraining order against her ex-husband, Rep. Max Miller (R-OH). Following the court filing, the Democratic Women’s Caucus formally called for a House Ethics Committee investigation into the Ohio representative.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine stated he is troubled by the abuse allegations, which have surfaced in a race for a previously safe Ohio House seat. Miller has publicly dismissed the reports, insisting he will win his re-election campaign despite the controversy.
