Perplexity Launches Kimi K3 AI Model on U.S. Servers for Pro and Max Users

Perplexity has added the Kimi K3 artificial intelligence model to its search and computer applications for subscribers on the Pro and Max tiers. The integration makes the model available across both standard search interfaces and the computer-use agent tool.
The company specified that all Kimi K3 inference is hosted exclusively on U.S.-based servers. The rollout extends model access to paying subscribers without altering subscription pricing.
