Dwelly Raises $170 Million Series B Led by EQT for AI Property Rollup
UK real estate services startup Dwelly raised $170 million in a Series B funding round, splitting $95 million in equity and $75 million in debt. The financing was led by EQT, with continued backing from General Catalyst.
The deal closes just months after the company secured a £69 million Series A earlier this year. Dwelly has completed 17 acquisitions and now manages 15,000 properties. The company is expanding into European markets, citing hiring as its primary operational bottleneck.
