Solana Raises Mainnet Block Compute Limit to 100 Million CUs, Expanding Blockspace by 66 Percent
Solana has activated a new mainnet block compute unit (CU) limit of 100 million, up from the previous 60 million.
The upgrade expands available blockspace by 66 percent, allowing dApps to execute more transactions and computations per block. The network maintained existing slot times as it rolled out the change during the U.S. market opening this week.
