Salesforce, Microsoft and Snowflake Join Nvidia Open Secure AI Alliance Ahead of Capitol Hill Meeting
Salesforce, Microsoft and Snowflake join Nvidia’s Open Secure AI Alliance, expanding a coalition promoting open-source and open-weight artificial intelligence models as standard industry infrastructure. The group frames open architectures as critical for maintaining competitive markets and enabling third-party developers to build and modify models independently.
The expansion coincides with Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang traveling to Washington, where he will meet bipartisan lawmakers including Sen. Mark Warner. Huang will argue that protecting open models is necessary to improve cybersecurity and preserve United States technology dominance.
