Arthur Hayes bought another 3,298 Ether worth about $6.39 million around three hours before blockchain tracker Lookonchain posted the transaction on July 28.
Lookonchain said Hayes has bought a total of 7,213 Ether worth $13.87 million since July 15 at an average price of $1,923. The tracker said the position was down about $301,000 at the time of the post.
