Applied Digital Revenue Surges 407% to $258.7 Million, Beats Estimates On Data Center Sales
Applied Digital reported quarterly revenue of $258.7 million, a 407% increase from the prior-year period, and an adjusted earnings per share of $0.04, beating analyst expectations for a loss of $0.22. The AI data center and power infrastructure operator also posted adjusted EBITDA of $42.4 million and net operating income of $39.9 million for the quarter.
CEO Wes Cummins said the company has scaled total live power capacity at its Polaris Forge 1 campus to 175 MW, building on a franchise model that replicates design and construction teams across hyperscaler deployments. Following the results, the stock rose 4.91%.
