According to Israel's Channel 14, Iran expects roughly $7 billion to enter its treasury in the near future from oil sales authorized under a memorandum of understanding.

The revenue has triggered a policy dispute among Iranian leadership on allocation. President Masoud Pezeshkian and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi have urged that the funds address the domestic economic crisis and ease pressure on citizens, while the IRGC has advocated spending on missile sites, nuclear facilities and regional proxies.
