Navitas Beats Q2 Revenue Estimate, Raises Q3 Sales Guidance On AI Power Demand
Navitas reported second-quarter revenue of $10.5M, topping analyst estimates of roughly $10M, and posted a non-GAAP net loss of $9.3M that beat consensus expectations. The company raised third-quarter sales guidance to between $13.5M and $14M, well above market estimates of $11.1M.
The quarter's results include a $228.2M GAAP net loss driven by a $203.1M non-cash charge for the final remeasurement of earnout liabilities. Management tied the improved outlook to rising demand for gallium nitride and silicon carbide components in artificial intelligence data centers. Navitas closed the period with $557M in cash and plans to complete its pivot away from consumer electronics markets by year-end.
