businesscompany-earnings 18 posts · 12 accounts

SoFi reported second-quarter adjusted net revenue of $1.21 billion, beating Wall Street estimates of $1.12 billion and marking a 40% increase from the prior year. The financial technology company raised its full-year adjusted revenue guidance to between $4.75 billion and $4.85 billion, surpassing estimates of $4.70 billion. Earnings per share reached $0.12, beating the $0.11 expectation.

The results highlighted record growth in customer engagement, with the user base expanding 35% to 15.8 million members and product adoption growing 42% to 24.4 million. For the first time in a quarter, the company added twice as many products as new members. Management kept full-year EBITDA and earnings guidance unchanged at approximately $1.6 billion and $0.60, adjusting the revenue forecast after factoring in expectations for two interest rate hikes rather than the previously projected cuts. Shares fell by 2.5% in premarket trading following the report.
