TRON Stablecoin Share Rises to 28.7% as USDT on Network Hits $89 Billion

TRON’s share of the total stablecoin market capitalization reached 28.7% in the second quarter of 2026, up from 27.3% in March. USDT on the network hit just over $89 billion, representing roughly 47% of a global supply that stayed flat near $184 billion.

Network activity is concentrated in retail peer-to-peer transfers, which accounted for roughly 93% of stablecoin volume as of June 30, the highest among tracked chains. This transaction volume generated $89 million in quarterly fees, trailing Hyperliquid’s $199 million but surpassing Ethereum’s $52 million. The blockchain also captured 34% of total crypto-card spending, as card transaction volumes grew to $2.4 billion.
