Strive Launches Bitcoin Stewardship Commitment Funding Core Development via Brink
Strive announced a Bitcoin Stewardship Commitment on Tuesday, directing funds to Bitcoin Core development through the Brink platform, which allocates financial support to open-source contributors based on merit.
The initiative builds on the public company’s existing backing of the Bitcoin Policy Institute and frames corporate funding for open-source maintenance as a fiduciary duty for entities holding bitcoin on their balance sheets. Strive indicated it will continue evaluating opportunities to support bitcoin development, research, and public policy.
