Lightning Labs launched Wavelength, a toolkit enabling developers to add self-custodial Bitcoin wallets and Lightning Network payments to applications. The platform uses a non-custodial API to facilitate transactions with minimal fees.
The toolkit launches on the signet and testnet networks, with mainnet access restricted to invited users. Stablecoin support via Taproot Assets is planned for a later date.
