China Approves Shein Hong Kong IPO After Failed New York and London Listings
China’s securities regulator approved a Hong Kong initial public offering for fast-fashion retailer Shein, with the decision posted on the China Securities Regulatory Commission website on Friday.
The clearance allows the company to proceed with preparatory work for the listing, following prior listing attempts in New York and London that did not complete.
