Norm AI Raises $120 Million Series C at $1.2 Billion Valuation Led by Khosla Ventures
Norm Ai has raised $120 million in a Series C funding round at a $1.2 billion valuation, with Khosla Ventures leading the investment. The company will deploy the capital to expand its agentic law platform and its affiliated outcome-based law firm, Norm Law, which prices legal work based on results rather than billing hours.
The round includes participation from Blackstone, Bain Capital, Craft Ventures, Coatue, Vanguard, New York Life, TIAA, Tony James, and Jeff Hammes, bringing the firm’s total funding to more than $260 million since its founding. Clients representing over $30 trillion in assets have deployed the software for in-house legal teams and to supervise enterprise AI compliance, and the new money will accelerate practice area coverage and advance supervisory agents.
