Prime Intellect Raises $130 Million Series A at $1 Billion Valuation to Build Open AI Stack
Prime Intellect has raised a $130 million Series A round at a $1 billion valuation to fund its Open Superintelligence Stack. The financing expands the company’s platform, which supplies computing power and specialized tools for enterprises developing custom AI agents.
Radical Ventures led the round, with participation from NVIDIA, Intel, and several angel investors, including founders and researchers from major technology firms. The funding supports a strategy to distribute frontier model infrastructure outside the large labs that currently control the market.
