Tether AI Shows First Robot Powered by Generative Bionics Chip Design

Paolo Ardoino and the AI division of crypto stablecoin issuer Tether revealed its first robot prototype on X Wednesday. Footage shared by Ardoino highlights a robotic hand built in collaboration with Generative Bionics, marking the company’s initial foray into physical hardware demonstrations.

The device runs on Generative Bionics' QVAC technology, a bio-inspired chip architecture that mimics the neural pathways of the human brain to process sensor data and movement with high energy efficiency. For Tether AI, which focuses on decentralized machine learning infrastructure, the unveiling represents a tangible step toward creating physical applications for its AI models.
