A threat group claimed to have breached NCIC Inmate Communications, a US correctional services platform, asserting access to inmate data across prisons nationwide. The group said it held 60 per-county data exports, including names, booking numbers and internal PINs, and had released three files.
The alleged records also included gender, cell or unit location, and facility and jurisdiction identifiers from numerous US counties and facilities. The seller's claims have not been verified.
