BlackRock Discloses 65-Basis-Point Fee in Likely Final Bitcoin Premium Income ETF Filing

cryptocrypto-markets 6 posts · 5 accounts

BlackRock filed what appears to be a final amendment for its proposed Bitcoin Premium Income ETF, ticker BITA, disclosing a 65-basis-point, or 0.65%, fee and signaling the fund could reach the market soon.

At 0.65%, the charge would be below the 95-basis-point and 99-basis-point fees on the two largest covered-call ETFs. Investors will also be watching where the fund writes options relative to Bitcoin's current price, a choice that affects both the yield it targets and how much upside holders give up, as BlackRock tries to beat Goldman to market around July 1.
