Applied Digital Signs 15-Year, 210-MW Lease With US Hyperscaler for $5.2 Billion of Contracted Revenue
Applied Digital said it signed a 15-year, 210-megawatt AI data center lease at Delta Forge 2 with a U.S. hyperscaler, a contract expected to add about $5.2 billion of contracted revenue. The company said the agreement expands its AI Factory franchise model to a fifth campus.
Applied Digital said the deal brings its footprint to five AI Factory campuses across multiple states, with 1.4 gigawatts of leased capacity and about $36 billion of contracted lease revenue. It also said it now has multiple hyperscaler customers and 2.15 gigawatts of utility power.
