Micron Technology heads into its June 24-25 earnings report after guiding fiscal third-quarter revenue to $33.5 billion, with 81% gross margins and earnings per share of $19.15, well above a prior Wall Street consensus of $24.29 billion. The company’s fiscal second quarter brought $23.86 billion of revenue, up 196% from a year earlier, alongside a 75% non-GAAP gross margin and $6.9 billion of free cash flow.

High-bandwidth memory used in AI servers is central to the outlook. Micron’s 2026 HBM capacity was described as sold out at fixed prices, and management said it can meet only 50% to two-thirds of key customer demand in the medium term, leading the company to raise fiscal 2026 capital spending by $5 billion to more than $25 billion ahead of the late-June results.
