Revolut Tender Offer Sets $109 Billion Valuation, Would Make It Europe’s First Centicorn
New details on Revolut’s tender offer show the fintech is set to be valued at $109 billion, or about $115 billion including dilution from options. Glade Brook is leading the deal, which was initially targeted at $750 million but is expected to grow as strong demand pushes the sale higher when it opens next week.
The $109 billion price would make Revolut Europe’s first centicorn, a private company valued at more than $100 billion, and mark a 50% jump in valuation. The expected expansion beyond the initial $750 million target adds to the view that investor demand for the company remains strong.
